One answer, 10 videos deep? There's a faster way

Quick answer

You've got a question. You open a video, it kind of answers it, so you open the one in the sidebar, then a comment points you to another channel, and an hour later you've watched 6 videos and you're still piecing it together.

What 125x is: 125x is a web app at 125x.app. You connect your YouTube subscriptions, and it gives you a feed of the latest videos from the channels you follow, each with a summary: a verdict, the 5 key takeaways, and the spoiler, plus Actionable and Lessons tabs with more tips. You read that and decide what's actually worth opening.

125x cuts the loop. Every video from your subscriptions gets a summary with the takeaways and action items, so you can check 6 videos in the time it takes to watch one intro.

What you get on every video

Open any video in 125x and you get a short brief instead of the player. There's a verdict (watch, skim, or skip) with the reason, 5 key takeaways, the things the video tells you to actually do, the lessons worth keeping, and the spoiler, which is the thing the title and thumbnail are teasing, just said plainly.

When a video does have your answer, open the Actionable tab for more of the actual tips, and the Lessons tab for the bigger ideas behind them.

Start with the channels you trust

Your 125x feed comes from your subscriptions, the creators you already picked. Filter by topic, sort by Top videos or Most popular, and read through the summaries. When one has the answer, the verdict tells you whether to watch it in full.

It gets harder every year

Finding a straight answer is getting harder with mass-produced videos in the mix. In a Kapwing test of a brand new account, 104 of the first 500 Shorts it was shown, about 21%, were low-quality AI-generated videos (Kapwing, AI Slop Report (Oct 2025)). More on that on the rise of AI videos on YouTube.
